Hallie and John enjoying a little snowmobiling in Island Park, Idaho.
Hallie making faces at me through the window. I couldn't pass up the photo opp. that was presented to me.
Brady and Myles (Dawn's son) being goofy.
Hallie and John celebrating their birthdays. I can't believe that Hallie is 2. It has gone by so fast.
So as you can tell by the pictures we went to Idaho for Christmas. We really had a lot of fun, but as usual it goes by way to fast. It worked out perfectly because we left early enough that we celebrated both John and Hallie's birthdays while we were out there. We also were able to miss all the crazyness of holiday travel. John was able to go snowboarding a little while we were out there. Mostly it was just a great opportunity to spend the time with both families. We were reminded of the winters while we were there as well. John was disapointed when there was a blizzard the night he was supposed to travel to Utah to go snowboarding. But it worked out because we were able to spend that time with John's mom and family during that time. Brady was obviously very happy when he got lots of Star Wars stuff. (His life revolves around it right now) Hallie got some my little ponies and other girly stuff. We had most of their Christmas waiting for us at home. We flew home on the 26th so we figured we could easily just say that Santa came while we were gone. So all the presents that the kids got while in Idaho came from mom and dad and other family. But as you can tell we really had a great time and were glad that we had the opportunity to spend it with our families. After all isn't that what Christmas is all about and what makes it the most fun.
